Shipping + Returns
 

RETURNS:

Please read product descriptions carefully. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaged carefully. Once these have been received a replacement or refund can be made. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty) and you will need to cover the cost of return postage. Due to the unique nature of some of my items a replacement may not always be possible.

For cancellations that are made after the item has been prepared for shipping, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Custom and personalised items are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

If your item goes missing in the post, I reserve the right to wait 20 business days from the delivery date before issuing a refund/replacement.

 

SHIPPING - READY TO SHIP ITEMS:

Ready to ship orders will be posted within 3 business days of receiving the order unless stated otherwise.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For or Royal Mail First Class Signed For depending on which option you choose at the checkout. Delivery takes approximately 1-2 working days for First Class and 3-5 working days for Second Class.

European orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard International Tracked & Signed and take approximately 3-5 working days.


Orders to the rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail Standard International Tracked & Signed and take approximately 5-7 working days.


Orders over 2kg will be sent via DPD.


SHIPPING - MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:

Made to order items will be sent within the time frame shown on the item listing at the time of ordering, usually around 4-6 weeks. Rush order options are available, please see listing descriptions for full details.

If you order a 'ready to ship' item with a 'made to order' item, they will be sent together. If you would like you 'ready to ship' item to arrive sooner, please purchase in two separate transactions.

CUSTOMS / TAXES:

Please note that if you are an international buyer you may incur duties or taxes at customs. Any costs relating to this are the responsibility of the buyer.
