How To Order

Please contact me for a current wholesale price list and catalogue. All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Wholesale retailers will receive 40% off the recommended retail price (RRP), with the exception of greeting cards, where a 50% discount applies. You may be asked for proof to confirm you are a retailer.
Shipping charges will apply. Orders under 2kg will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Orders over 2kg will be sent with DPD. I currently only accept international wholesale orders if the order is under 2kg.
Minimum Order Quantities & Values
A minimum order value of £100 is required for opening orders that include hard-back books. For repeat customers and opening orders of stationery and soft-cover notebooks there is a minimum order value of £50.
A minimum order quantity of 10 items applies for wholesale orders.
Book cover designs shown in the catalogue images are examples only. You will not receive the exact books shown in the images. Each book is unique and you will receive a random selection of designs. You may specify a colour scheme and/or theme for your order.
A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required after placing the order. Production on your order will not commence until the deposit is received. On completion of your order the final 50% instalment will be required before your order can be shipped.
You will be sent an invoice for payment. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer or Paypal (on request).
Wholesale orders are non-refundable unless the items are faulty.
Stationery orders will be ready to dispatch 1-3 weeks after receiving the deposit.
Book orders will be ready to dispatch 2-8 weeks after receiving the deposit, depending on the size of the order. Please contact me for a more accurate estimate for your order.
If you have a deadline for your order, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we will be able to meet your deadline.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Please contact The Eloise Bindery within 5 working days of receipt if your order is damaged or faulty. Damaged/faulty items can be returned for an exchange. Returned items will be replaced with new items. Returned items will not be accepted/replaced if you contact us over 5 working days after receipt.
Wholesale orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the items are damaged or faulty.
Retailers may remove product labels (although we do not recommend this as they include valuable product information), however the retailer must not cover or deface any logo printed onto the product itself. Please do not stick adhesive price labels directly onto book covers as this will damage the item.
